Dangnammit!
Okay, first and foremost, I just want to say the world is grey. Yup.
Grey.
Not because it’s boring (though I’m very much tempted to say so), but because everything is made up of certain percentages of black and white. Black represent bad, white, naturally represents good. Okay, so why the sudden interest, you ask? Well, it’s because I was up in my room today, thinking who was right and who was wrong in this old argument I once got involved in (and yes, it was resolved, though only out of politeness on my behalf, I assure you -we’ve never spoken to each other since that matter was resolved…anyway) that I thought this person does have some good in him/her and the same goes for me too. However, there was also some evil in him/her and not surprisingly, so do I.
So yes, this simple philosophy had come to me suddenly, (not to say, of course, that I haven’t understood it before, just never fully considered it very important…I hope you understand) and I have come up with this:
that nobody is perfect, all have their flaws and outstanding values worth noting, and that it is up to us to not only say that we understand it, but embrace it as our own standing . PLUS, learn to forgive (I don’t say forget because I suspect that I myself find that very hard…and besides, I don’t like being a hypocrite..)
So yes, I’m grey, you’re grey. We’re all grey. As to the composition of black and white, that differs; and I, like my very annoying self, shall leave you to ponder what is yours.
>>>Aain.
p/s: I suspect I’m 61.2% black and 38.8% white myself, actually.
p/s 2: Excuse the way I speak (write) today. I just finished a novel set in 18th century, so yeah, it’s weird. Right.
*coughs to break awkward silence that ensued*
Bye.

If I could only see the world in different shades of gray, what a big difference it will make. I might be a dog in that case, as dogs can’t see colour, right?
And I suppose some regard that since gray is a mixture of black and white, it is considered as an ‘un-colour’ (its not given as much publicity as other colours, like green and purple).
What am I talking about anyway, haha…Pardon my demented mind, thank you.
You’ve very interesting entries here, Aain, and I can’t wait to read more.
Cheers, Hui Wen =)
P.S. I might forgive, but I don’t forget that easily too…
